Eoghan receiving a cheque from Belfast Irish Palestinian Solidarity Campaign representative Caitlin Ní Chonaill. We had a fantastic time in West Belfast, where the team met the Lord Mayor Tom Hartley and Mairead Maguire. Eoghan had a spot of trouble on the way into Belfast when the spokes on his rear wheel nearly collapsed. However a quick visit to Slane Cycles sorted everything out and at no cost. Cheers Lads! After a meal in the Cultúralann on the Falls road we took part in a small public meeting and had a great brainstorming session on how we would coordinate the rest of the trip. After an early night we were up a 7am and began our cycle to Derry along the busy A6, John Lyttle our driver/physio arrived in from Galsgow and it was actually the first time the whole team cycled together. After a brief stop in Dungiven and meeting with the Mayor, we made it to the walls of Derry
